Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — your data stays exactly where it is, and locked features simply become read-only.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your circle moves back to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Do you have promotional access?
Yes. If you were given a Guidenly redemption code, a Family Circle Admin can redeem it in Settings to unlock a plan for a limited period.
Is my family's health data private?
Always. Health data is shared only with the categories you explicitly approve, every access is logged, and the AI reads only what you've authorised.
